These terms apply when you browse and order from Ketelier. By placing an order you agree to them. Questions: hello@ketelier.com.

Made to order

Almost everything we sell is knotted by hand to order. Payment is taken at checkout so the makers can begin. Each piece is hand-knotted on a particular day — slight variation in tension, fringe, and dye is the signature, not a defect. Plan on about 20–24 days from order to delivery (10–14 days at the workshop plus around 10 days in transit).

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. We may update prices at any time, but the price you paid at checkout is the price that applies to your order. US sales tax is calculated at checkout; any import duty is paid to the carrier on delivery.

Cancellation

If you change your mind within 24 hours of ordering, write to us and we will refund in full before the cord is cut.

Intellectual property

All text, photographs, designs, and the Ketelier name are owned by Ketelier and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

Our pieces are decorative. Hang and load them as described in the Care Guide. To the extent permitted by law, Ketelier is not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper installation or use.

Governing terms

These terms, together with our Privacy, Refund, and Cookie policies, govern your use of the store. We may update them; the current version always lives on this page.
